We are active over here in 719, all alliances inside NAP and outside are looked after and run more as a untied state than ever before.

I'm in state 719 (Wuf alliance) and we are fairly active. Our bear is usually at 19.00 UTC if the timing matters to you. While not part of NAP10, it's a very peaceful state even when there is kill events. We help each other grow, even when not part of same alliance.
