The state condition of state 1117 is a mess at the moment and every week, things are getting worse. The toxic starts with the alliance who is in the 1st spot, they make up own rules and don't care about the state condition. If they feel it is urgent to attack someone, they will do without any concerns about the rules. It's very pitty for those alliances who not breaking the rules and they want a peaceful state for their members. My advice will be to not transfer to 1117. If y…
