Not questioning your "dont attack cities" rule, but I am intrigued by the "top 20 alliances". State 1123 isnt exactly new, so you still have 20 active alliances? I would assume some of them are farm/academy alliances, but still, that many? Quite impressive.

You can check out State 1123! We are very chill, and the TOP 10 Alliances are pretty good and decent! Even the Top 1 and 2 Alliances are pretty chill and adhere to the NAP 10 rules. All whales are also kind and generous!
