1436- Leading state- No dictator whales top whales focus SvS don't even hit anyone during Bia Nap7 with farms included but no one touches the little guys. Facilities and forts rotate between farms and little alliances no special invites so you have to message people in game or try for open invite. if you are over 97.5m take hero gear off reset hero levels and kill troops.
