The oldest state that can transfer this cycle is 1615, so it'll be a while for you all. Is it the leaders of the top alliances that are saying it? If you want to grow, you'll probably need to join or become an academy alliance for the top in the state. They let you grow in peace, and as they lose people to inactivity, the strong and active members from the academy move up to the main alliance. That tends to be the only way to go if the state has a very small NAP group.

what state are you in? all states up to state 1615 are having theirs on january 5th, all states up to state 1751 are having theirs on february 2nd. if yours is younger than that, you'll have to wait a bit longer
