1713, a big NO. Destroyed by KOR, almost a dead state. They destroy one of the whale, and destroy small alliances, saying it aint helping for SvS, causing them spending lots of money for prep phase, when these happened all because of KOR itself. A dictator state, many are planning to transfer out so, dont come here;) they are going to recruit strong Koreans from other state so its going to be fully KOR in future... Just avoid this state XD
