1863 1863 do not transfer to 1863. Anthony, Palmer, Kit, Qualis Eram. Are all problem makers. They left their old state and came here and make issues here as well. Lost svs with them here and now they sit in jail. Do not trust these people. Avoid at all costs!

1863 is touch and go right now. It was a chill state for a long time but it feels like KOR is slowly moving towards dictatorship.. we'll see.
