Eyalet 1903

I suggest any state between 1903-1908. These ones have good communication, moderately strong players, and fun wc. Avoid 1918 and 1919 as it seems like a dead state based on current svs. Anyway dont count me on it, whichever state you choose, make a small city in there. You can make one city in each state, you can delete it later. All you need is to watch the WC for any dramas and collect the names of the r5 that you can contact with your main account later.

I want to know too! I know my state #1903 is very much dominated by huge alliances that get sister alliances and allies and etc. Like in my state it’s [GEN] and all of its sister alliances and allies! And then like 3 or so over very dominate alliances that do the same.
