Lies. 2517 is awful. Lead by a whale alliance who the leaders like to throw hissy fits historically. FIR is coming 8th in power and full of morons who regularly talk smack about everyone else. FIRs leader is annoying, looks like a homeless guy and blows up WC with loudspeakers incessantly and are only ever holding facilities when higher alliances lend help. 2517 is a joke and will be a dead state by end of transfer.
