Dead State 3517 Avoid Dead State 3517 Avoid Avoid this state. One alliance (and their farm alliance) decide everything. They will make agreements and promises with the other alliances but then change their mind at the last second. They determine how many points you get (what they deem acceptable). Dead state. Members from other alliances are quitting or transferring.
