In my state 16xx, we still have f2p, and some spenders that stopped spending. Because we don't have any maxed whale, the f2p are still relevant. So still playable in gen 8. Your best bet would be to get your husband to get the account of someone who’s quitting in his state and give it to you. If he can’t manage that you can start a new character there. It’s not possible to transfer from state 4000+ to 1500.

Refuses to give anyone appointments if they don’t worship them and bully another alliance simply because they don’t like a couple people in it. If you want start on a server 4000, there is a group project and few hundred players are going to start playing there, along with a bunch of whales (not exactly sure how big of a spenders those whales are but yeah…) The server should open in about 20 hours few hours here or there…
