There is a cap for those buffs, once you have 15 of those, you've reached the maximum bonus. (You can see it on your profile -> skins/bonus détail/total bonus) As a S6 state, most of our whales are already capped out and have more than 15 city skins, marches, frames, etc.

Yeah, it might be just to give you a sense of progression or i dont know. Maybe a mechanic that wasnt really finished or something. Or maybe there is something more tied to it that we are not seeing. For example, the level of a beast you can hunt influences the level of beasts in intel missions. I have a character in state 6, and i havent hunted a single beast with him, so he can only hunt lvl1. And i am only getting GEN2 shards from intel missions even tho the state has GEN1…

AKB is strong but his not the strongest in WOS, dont look at the total power level thats just troops but check the all state leaderboards from hero power, total hero power, pet power and labyrinth 👍🏽. Also Han from state 6 tops him up easily.

Ahmose isn't lucky draw hero, but depends on states some states have Gen 13 like state 6 but my state just got Gen 5

You can unlock all the characters with intel missions except the ones one generation low. I also opened an acc in state 6 and enjoy it there as well eventhough I am far behind

Just call it luck of the draw I guess… I am in cluster 572-614. We have some of the strongest whales in the game. 585 is a whale state with whales from all over the cluster going there and co existing. There are egos but none of em harass smaller players.
