Eyalet 767

Keep in mind, you can only transfer within your own server. I have cities in the 400's and one in state #767. I can never move my city in #767 to the 400's and vise versa. They also limit how many cities you can have in one state per account. Total of 4 cities per state (two you create and two you can transfer).

787 is super chill we had our issues early on but its calmed down completely NAP Leaders are also willing to accept baby accounts in their academys to give them a solid chance to grow.. ... I dont recommend 767 though.. toxic NAP leadership and they have over 150 players trying to leave because of it..

i know you said mid 600’s but i’m in state 767 and it’s a good state, there are whales but they’re evenly distributed. we are fair and we follow nap 10 & have allies. you’d make a lot of friends here i’m sure of it
