Update if you are still considering 852, top player is miles above anyone (very strong for SvS) purposes, but it´s NAP 2 with top 2 alliances dictating whatever happens in the state. More than one alliance (within former NAP10) have been burnt down systematically by the #1 alliance completely. TLDR: High power players, but has repeating big bully activity. If you enjoy being dictated what you can and can not say/do, 852 is the place to be.
