What is WOSTransfer?
It is a lightweight helper for Whiteout Survival state management. Presidents run the roster draft, alliance leaders share their player lists, and nobody needs spreadsheets. Everything stays transparent.

Quick answers about what presidents and alliance leaders can do inside WOSTransfer.
Who creates and owns a room?
Only the room president creates a room. The president controls room status, roster locks, alliance removal, and global settings.
How do alliance leaders join a room?
The president sends an invite link. Alliance leaders open the link to enter the room and view other alliances and players in real time.
How do alliance leaders add a player?
Open the room, press Add Player, type the player ID, choose Fetch data, confirm nickname, furnace level, power, and state number, then save. Leaders manage their own alliance; presidents can edit everyone.
Can I edit players after saving?
Yes. Use the edit dialog. Presidents and alliance leaders can update player details while rosters are unlocked.
What happens when the roster is locked?
When the president locks rosters, alliance leaders cannot add or edit players. The president can still review everything but edits stay frozen until unlocked.
How do I remove or unlist a player?
Use the trash icon on the player card. Alliance leaders remove their own players; the president can remove anyone.
Who can see avatars, power, and highlights?
Everyone in the room sees the avatar, power, and highlights. Details sync instantly for all members.
Where is the data stored?
Player IDs, nicknames, and stats live on the WOSTransfer server so the room can reload them. Passwords and invite links are hashed and never shared.
What is Track Player?
Track Player is a separate page where you can monitor up to 10 players. It checks avatar, nickname, and state number changes and notifies you when something updates.
Will my tracked list sync across devices?
Without signing in, the list is saved only on this device. Sign in to keep the list tied to your account and use it on any device.
How often are tracked players refreshed?
Server refreshes are staggered to avoid API blocks. Each player is checked roughly every 24–48 hours, and the backend spaces requests about 3–4 seconds apart.
How do I report a problem or ask for help?
Ping the room president in chat or use your alliance channel. They can reach the site admin if something breaks. Discord fallback: #dec1derx.
