I will second 1144. World chat is very active. We have folks from all around the world who are active there, so it is like the state never sleeps. We have smashed svs prep both times. Castle battles are coordinated across alliances. They also try to ensure everyone has the opportunity to maximize personal points during battles so everyone benefits. Great state imo.
