We did the same as you 2 months ago (transferring from q dictatorship) and finding a server to take a whole alliance was tough. Actually NAP here on 1166 has excellent rules. The top 3-4 alliances even share fort buffs together when they can. Only burning happens during BIA, and it's not personal (unless you try to rush a fort to get first tewards. Everyone here hates that),and typically not even wide spread. But NAP members voted on keeping city hits (1-2 depends on BIA) to keep members aware on bubbling and best ways to rein. Kinda like a little training. All in all. 1166 is actually great. We've wo…

I'm #1166 and it's very nice State here. The only problem we don't have enough Whales, so, last SVS 1 Single Whale named Volt from another Server defeat half of our troops. That's why we loose SVS, in other times more Fair we won the battle. We also Have NAP and rules here.
