1312. Ruled by a dictator alliance (GVR) with several whales but they are decent due to the force of circumstances. They lack skill and strategy but are chock full of power. They also understand they need the smaller alliances to play ball. The state has lots of competitive funny people that lose at almost everything, but remain competitive and good-spirited. This NAP 10 state does not shield except during SVS. LoG, ranked 7th, is the chillest.
