State 1389

Don’t come to 1389, run by dictators who will zero you if you encroach on their top 10 spots for any state wide event. They monopolize castle and threaten and bully anyone who doesn’t abide. If you want to be in a state run by super powerful whales and don’t care that you’re under threat for anything that you don’t agree with, then come on over. But most of us want the hell out. I’d rather lose SvS occasionally than deal with these assholes.

Not just an entire alliance. Theres 2 leaving this round. Almost every round of transfers loses 1 to 2 alliances. 1389 has an ego problem and it cant retain it's orginal members. As more leave there's an even great pull from the leading alliances to retain power. This same thing happened in 1389. The president went tyrant mode and slaughtered a naps clan. He changed ke rules from tile hits only to 3 hits per city and zeroed most players in 2 hits.
