I am from state 1391 and we are currently looking for new recruits, The alliance i am in is #2 in our state and all our top alliances are very cooperative with each other, we also have 2 academies that are fairly active. Our main alliance rotates the bear trap by an hour each activation to accommodate the players we have from various time zones.
