State 1450

HERE'S A SERIOUS QUESTION: Any states in the 1450 range that are F2P friendly?? We have an alliance wanting to transfer. Such lovely people but mostly F2P and the whales and pick-me characters are making it unbearable for us. We love to battle and are damn good at it. But we're treated like the icky boy who lives down the road because we dont spend like they do.
