If you were in state 1493, I’d tell you to join the devils, they are pretty cool. Want you to build and expand of course but they aren’t crazy. Just keep looking for one better, the first two I was in were awful. They attacked you and stole all your stuff if you were lower ranking and then when you defended yourself you got expelled, it was ridiculous.
