State #1529 State #1529 State 1529 is run by the top two alliances, AVN and LIP. These two alliances don't get along, and currently AVN is doing their best to burn LIP to the ground. AVN got the president in last battle, so they debuffed LIP's strongest players and attacked when most of LIP's members are asleep. If you are thinking of transfering to this server, know that drama and fighting is what's waiting for you.

I'd suspect the character is about as old as state 1529 is, I don't see how he could have created the character he's playing on just recently.
