Heads up for #1600 Heads up for #1600 If your state is ever matched up with #1600 for SvS, don't expect any rules they agree to OR make themselves, to be followed. Every rule has been thrown out the window and they are attacking every single city in the state, zeroing them out. If you get matched with them, prepare to take them out immediately, because there will be no negotiating.
