I did start an alt in your state a few days ago! Were checking out a few other options, but are you able to send me a message here with your states rules? I'd really appreciate it. We are looking for a peaceful state that works well together, especially for SvS. 161 is one civil war after the next with one alliance who thinks they are in charge. We just really need a change lol
