I also recommend avoiding state 1650. There is a powerful alliance that has a track record of betraying its allies. People are in the process of leaving. During the last SvS they made a deal with the invading state and burned their allies over a perceived “betrayal” then got mad when the invading state made a deal to help one of the alliances transfer states.
