Yeah. We've been visiting states randomly but its difficult to get a good read on them and getting each new character to 15 just to talk to people is tedious. We can look at the leaderboards but who knows if there's some weird political BS going on. I can send you my list of states to avoid though lol (added my current 1700 too) Good luck!
