State #1712 State #1712 Hello, I’m wondering if someone could tell me the current situation in 1712 because my friends want to transfer there but they are Korean and I think there’s KOR in 1712 so they probably would hit right off. I have seen so many posts about KOR and wondered if KOR in 1712 fall under the same category with other KOR alliances (if you get what I mean).
