why no wars in this game? why no wars in this game? Now I'm new to this game (playing for 1 week, level 14 now) so maybe I don't understand it. I'm in state 1715 and we have a few alliances in there. everyone seems to be living in each other's territories. sounds like there's some sort of peace treaty or what, only God knows. Should I just start randomly attacking low ranks? I don't get it. what's the point of building these large armies if we are just going to sit on them.
