Anyone in the mid 1600's to mid 1800's you should consider 1785 we have a peaceful state which really comes together during SvS... obviously BIA is what it is but there's never any major screwing anyone. It's all about growth and helping one another RED, RYL are the main alliances and our KOR keep to themselves and are pretty chilled and helpful... We have a decent WC even though it could do with a few more people always ready to welcome new players with doors wide open.
