I'm in state #1868. There's been a little drama but not much to speak of. So far my experience is that everyone is doing their best to get along and within my alliance specifically, we always welcome everyone. Whether you are a big spender or are ftp, we just like to have fun playing the game.

Add 1868 on here also a problematic state, the state whale is at PnG and has nearly 400 million kills and zeros people on a daily, also controls castle and forces people to spend thousands. AVOID
