209 - avoid 209 - avoid This state is dying and the current leadership is a bully group. Can’t talk out of both sides of your mouth. It’s lost an alliance on the first transfer stage. They quit and others transferred. There are going to be another possible 2 that are going to leave this state ASAP like those running from California🤣
