okay, that's interesting. What is the approximate server age for this merge? and is it determined by WOS devs? I'm in state #2496, we started very strong but now after around 6 months of play, our server is getting less active, only 3-4 states are strong and have most of the good players and the rest are migrating including our state whale :/
