So here is a quick review of my state after playing for a couple of months—state #2851. States have two main alliances that are at peace with each other, although they are entirely different. PHX is more people-oriented, very chatty, and seems to be happy, while LMa is rather silent and focused on powering up. LMa is a bit stronger and holds the presidency. No one is contesting it.
