State 288 i have had a lot of fun in. my home State is 331 which is the best State in all of WOS (no nothing can ever change my mind about this.) Top allinances tend to fight because they always think they can do better and don't always see all the hard work and time people in. ALSO DUE TO TRANSLATION ISSUES <<< this is the number one thing that happens in my state.
