Avoid 3028. President went rogue, burned a bunch of people, jailed a bunch during svs prep for no reason other than defending those he was attacking. #1 alliance leadership are awful dictators, and the state hasn’t been united since the beginning. There’s attempts to unite, but the whales are in alliances that left nap and refuse to work with nap to fix things.

At this time, 3028 is a toxic dictatorship with morons in power hiding behind whales. Almost everyone outside the #1 alliance is awesome, but most are looking to transfer out. Avoid 3028 unless there’s a huge power shift in the next couple of weeks.
