Hello im an R4 from Ale in state 3104. We are a nap 5 state that joins together for Svs, Frost Dragon, and Tundra arms. Our fortresses as well as the presidency rotate through the Nap5 alliances. People start small all the time, but situations vary. Are you in an alliance that has helpful and stronger players? Is your state kinda sucky? If not; 1.) Look at the top 3-10 alliances in your state and see if your power level qualifies or 2.)
