Do not transfer to state 3151 it is a dictatorship and even if you say something they don’t like in world chat that will attack you or kick you out of nap. They attack weaker players and if they defend themselves the nap alliances zero out the alliance and destroy banners and HQ, They remove alliances out of nap if they don’t kick players they don’t like out of the alliance. It is a shit state and do not transfer to there.
