Stay away from state 3260, that state is already toxic. Most people are already planning to transfer out due to a whale threat a alliance and through that they are hurting others. They want for people to join but their actions and words are making people to not want to join them. They are also liars. DONT GO TO 3260. State 3272 is peaceful and great state to be in.
