Transfer Transfer Thinking about transferring to State 3403? Don’t. In my opinion, the leadership is the biggest problem. They let egos and personal grudges get in the way of making fair decisions. They preach respect and “we’re one family,” but that’s not how players are treated. Expect double standards, favoritism, and unnecessary drama instead of good leadership.
