State #3447 is currently dominated by Korean alliances. At the moment, it is NAP 3. The Top 1 and Top 2 alliances are Korean based, while only Top 3 is more international. There is no clear rotation system in place.. everyone need to listen to Korean Leader. Just sharing this information for anyone considering a transfer..
