How does changing states work? How does changing states work? I downloaded this game while I was in Japan. Now that I'm back in the US, I've realized everything in my state is centered around Japan time which is 13 hours ahead of me. How would I go about transferring to a state that had more/most of the players operating on roughly the same time zone? I'm in state 3589 if that matters, FTP active player.
