I'm the R5 of PAK in the state 3856, alittle bit out of your expected range but my state covers your points fully or almost fully, My Alliance is currently 4th place in the leaderboard and we have about 20ish slots that are free to replace, we have good facilities and Alliance research is maxed, PAK stands for wolf pack not Pakistan, people have asked me that a lot😂 I'd more than happy to answer any questions that you have, or other's have too
