402 state is great, we are focused on svs, nap with most alliances, fortress are equal shared, we fight only during KE but no zeroing rule and most od alliance only tiles fights because we feel like big family.

#402 we are focused on winning svs, between them there are no conflicts except some private things. Zeroing players is prohibited during KE, fortress are shared with weaker alliances to help people grow up.
