STATE 4263 STATE 4263 Hello everyone, I just want to give you a heads-up about anyone coming from the SNK alliance. Please think twice before allowing them to transfer into your state. They may behave well and seem friendly in the beginning, but from our state/nap experience, they have brought a lot of unnecessary drama to the state. There has been very little focus on SVS.
