Hey, 597 isn't toxic after the merge. It's pretty stable without any bulling etc. Nap 7 or 8. I'm not sure. But there are no attacks anyway. Even during KE there are special rules to avoid zeroing. (only one attack on city's without alliance, no attacks on burning city's etc)
