I can certainly attest to this, particularly in *some* states. In my personal experience with various Korean alliances across different states, I've found them to be friendly, kind, and humorous—until I joined state #61. Unfortunately, the atmosphere there was completely different. The players were vicious and completely reprehensible; they would bully, burn, and harass anyone they chose. They fabricated lies and made baseless accusations solely to justify attacking your city…
