Do not transfer to 642 Do not transfer to 642 642 used to be a good state. Now there is only one alliance because they took all the strongest players (spenders) and burned everyone else. WHI takes all facilities/ strongholds/ fortresses and cooperates with No one else. If they can't take a fortress because of restrictions (reset) they transfer to their farms and take it that way.
