State transfer group 9: State transfer group 9: If you’re reading this and you’re in group 9, avoid state 650 like the plague. The state is run by a handful of whales that if you don’t agree with them they will zero out not only you but your entire alliance. That being said, I am looking for a state that is relatively peaceful that doesn’t have a bunch of drama. Looking for a state that wants to house roughly 10-20+ people.
