Avoid 657. Dictatorship bromance between TaJ and B2K that is pushing other alliances out. TaJ is especially toxic. They left their former state months ago and are still harassing them.

There are groups in which you can transfer based on age of the state and i am pretty sure you can't transfer because the event is only up to state 657
